Managing your Direct Debit SEPA mandate

How to add or remove direct debit for your monthly payments

Please start by going to your account payment section.

Click the + icon next to the unit you want to add the direct debit for.

Select the units for which you want to activate the direct debit and hit Save

Once the mandate is active you will receive an email confirmation.

If you need to cancel your direct debit mandate, please select the Manual monthly payment option from the menu and hit save
