If you're using the Ralph portal and need to check how much you owe for each of your units, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Your Ralph Portal Account: Start by logging into your account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Payments Section: Once logged in, go to the Payments section. You can usually find this in the main navigation menu or on the dashboard.

  3. Locate Unit Payments: In the Payments section, you'll see a subsection titled Unit payments. This is where you can view the details of your payments for each unit you are responsible for.

  4. Check Monthly Amounts: In the Unit Payments section, there is a table listing all your units. The column labeled Monthly amount shows how much you owe for each unit on a monthly basis. The amount is listed next to each unit number.

    • For example, if you see "1€" in the Monthly amount column next to Unit 4, it means you owe 1€ per month for that unit.

  5. Review the Payment Method: Next to the Monthly amount, you'll see the Direct debit column, which indicates whether the payment is automatically deducted from your registered bank account or if you need to transfer it manually. If it's a manual transfer, fees may apply.

  6. Verify Direct Debit Status: To the right of the Direct debit column, you'll find the Current direct debit status. This shows whether the automatic payment is active or inactive.

  7. View Transactions: If you want to see detailed information about your payment history for a specific unit, click on the View transactions button located in the last column of the table.

Additional Information

  • Registered Bank Accounts: Below the Unit payments section, you'll find a list of your registered bank accounts. This area shows which account is being used for direct debits, and you can manage or deactivate these accounts if necessary.

By following these steps, you can easily keep track of how much you owe for each of your units and ensure that your payments are up-to-date.
