After receiving the email, log in to the Ralph portal.
On the day of the meeting, at the designated time, we will open the meeting room to enable participation.
You can join the online meeting by clicking on the blue "Join LIVE meeting" button.
Then, you can attend the meeting by clicking on the blue "Join LIVE ETV call" button.
Please ensure that your browser is set to allow external devices. Here, you can adjust the settings for your microphone and webcam. We recommend that all owners turn on their microphone and webcam only when speaking, and keep them off otherwise, so the connection remains stable for all participants.
Once everything is set up, you will enter the online meeting. Voting on the individual agenda items will be conducted by the meeting moderator. We hope you enjoy the meeting.
